The Lerdo Maximum/Medium Security Facility is the higher-security building within the Lerdo detention complex northwest of Bakersfield. People held here are often facing more serious charges, and bail amounts can be higher, but when bail has been set, we can still post the bond and bring your loved one home.
Who is held here
This 374-bed facility houses county detainees classified at medium and maximum security, and it also holds some federal detainees under contract with the U.S. Marshals Service and Bureau of Prisons. For families, the security classification mainly affects the size of the bond, not whether a release is possible. If a judge has set bail, we can work with it.
Bail on serious charges
Because the people here often face felony charges, the bond amounts tend to be larger. That is exactly where our payment plans, financing, and no-collateral options matter most. We will give you a clear, honest quote on the 10% premium and what a workable plan looks like for your family before you commit to anything.
How we handle it
Give us the name, date of birth, and facility, and we will confirm the bail amount. If federal custody is involved, we will tell you plainly, because federal holds work differently from county bail and we will not waste your time or money. For county bail at Lerdo, we complete the paperwork remotely and post at the facility. Not sure where your person is across the complex? We will find them.
